The F1 Group provides small and medium sized businesses with IT peace of mind. This service allows our customers to do what they do best running their own business while we support their Information technology.
We offer a huge additional range of support solutions which, as you grow or have specific requirements you can use. We are here with that expertise ready to use from day one.
What we have done is taken the stuff you might not use from day one out of our proposal and allow you to buy them as and when you need them for a discounted rate. You are then not paying a large sum of money for expertise you may not initially use. It is here and available when you need it or when you are ready to buy our Technology Partner product.
Our maintenance package will make sure that your businesses is supported both remotely and onsite with an engineer when required.
As technology has matured and we have taken advantage of it, we are able to provide you with remote assistance and repair. This allows us to repair your technology faster and without having to disrupt your office.
We will give you hints, tips and computing advice for free even before you make use of our other services.
In the future you may want to make use of a consultant to advise and construct a plan for your IT aspirations.
We have programming staff that can blue sky your individual requirements. We have qualified training staff that can train and qualify your staff using our dedicated training and test suite. We have purchasing deals and licensing deals and Sage accounting software. When you’re ready to grow to the next stage we are waiting for you.
How much does it cost? We have made our costs as transparent as we possibly can and when you sign a maintenance contract with us all of the other services we have to offer will be discounted to you. In addition you can buy bundles of engineering time outside of the maintenance contract that allows you instant access to that service.
We charge £300 per server and £30 for any other device, be that a laptop, PC, router or switch.
What you get
- Dedicated UK support to diagnose the problem over the phone. There is no limitation on time allocated per month, or number of calls.
- Remote analysis and repair of problems.
- Deployment of engineers for anything that cannot be repaired remotely, excluding parts.
