F1 Help is the premier technology partner in Lincolnshire and the East Midlands, providing innovative IT solutions. F1 was founded in 1995 and incorporated in 1999 and it is still run by the company founder.
F1 Help is housed in a custom built modern building in the city of Lincoln. We have many business & vendor certified qualifications from a diverse range of suppliers. For example we are the regions Microsoft Gold and Training Solutions partner, Sage business partner and developer and can back these up with business assurances ISO 9001 (Business Process), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ITIL (IT Service Management). In addition we have forged partnerships with many major IT manufacturers so we understand which have the best technologies available for you.
We have a wealth of experience in-house and can provide you with far more than your usual technology partner. This in-house expertise means that your whole technology infrastructure can be looked after by us. This allows F1 to fully understand your company’s needs and requirements. You only have one company to deal with for everything to do with your IT systems so we will rarely tell you it is someone else’s problem.
Our in-house software development team have written many mission-critical applications for our customers (including the NHS) and are currently involved in many diverse projects including the banking sector. We are the Sage accountancy main dealer for Lincolnshire and focusing primarily around Sage 200, this has given to us true understanding of what it really takes to install, support and bespoke company dependent systems.
As the regions Microsoft technical college utilising our brand new state of the art training suite we can offer specialised training for technical and non-technical staff. With our examination centre next door you can now undertake 95% of all IT examinations locally. This includes Microsoft & Cisco.
We have maintenance propositions that are forward thinking, we make technology easy for you to use and therefore easy for you to see where the costs are. Our Partner and Partner plus offerings charge per user, so you can see at a glance how much it is going to cost.
Sitting alongside our software development team we have graphic designers who can design and implement your website to a very high standard for a fixed cost. We create websites that you can update the content yourself with hosting & managed services should you want it. You can even bolt on one of the best e-commerce solutions you can buy, developed by us of course.
