The F1 Group provides small and medium sized businesses with IT peace of mind. This service allows our customers to do what they do best running their own business while we support their Information technology.
You can use us as your complete IT department and we can look after every part from installations though to software support via our help desk, with added training and remote monitoring as an example.
Even if you already have an IT department we can still provide you with our partner contract and you can use it to support them. We can deal with the tasks they don’t have the time or expertise to complete. So when you have a larger project or less staff we are here to help. You are not calling us cold as we already understand your business and structure. This saves you time and money and you can utilise us as required. This could include maintenance of your hardware and software, virus protection, consultancy, configurations and updates. We include new hardware setup as well as new user and product configurations in our Partner Plus contract.
To help with your cash flow our partner contracts are payable monthly in advance and cover most of the maintenance and support items that you would require at a fixed budgetable price. With Partner Plus we even include the parts for free*. We will make sure that this works for your company, improves your effectiveness, cash flow, budgets and allows you and your staff more time to dedicate to your business.

Remote access to your systems allows us, in most instances, to repair your systems faster and without having to disrupt your business. You can also use this to assist your own internal IT staff with problem solving and repair of your systems.
We will support all of your staff on standard Microsoft software products. If they don’t know how to do something we are here to help them, with tips and hints to improve their effectiveness. You can then make use of our bespoke training centre, where we can train both technical and non technical staff. We also have an approved examination centre so they can add to their qualifications.
We will make sure that all of your virus protection, software, hardware and backups are up to date, using the latest technology where available. We will provide you with a plan that will outline the optimum structure for your information technology, so that within a cost framework we can agree to work toward. You can use this for your budget and we will help to future proof your systems as best we can. You will get reports that outline usage and possible future problems we can both use these to make qualified decisions on how best to help your company or IT staff to make the most of your current and future technology. This will help you get best price and practice out of your technology, allowing you to spend wisely to meet your company goals and aspirations.

Cost for Technology Partner is £19 per user per month.
Cost for Technology Partner plus is £25 per user per month.
