Technician Visits & Reports Program
With the F1 Maintenance, Partner and Plus programmes we feel it is important to keep in touch with our customers. So much of the support for customers is completed remotely these days that not only do you not know what we may be doing for you, but you may not see one of technicians as often as you would like to. This is the march of progress and being a technology company we have embraced it. Our reporting and visits plan allows you to understand what we have been doing and gives you a regular health check.
When you sign up to our support programmes we give you, as your technology partner, a structured return for your investment.
Apart from the outstanding support we will give you on a day to day basis, we like to offer you a structured plan for helping you develop your business, by way of proactive reporting.
To do this we provide our Partner and Partner Plus customers with two onsite visits by one of our technicians for free to check on their system status. Our standard Maintenance customers will get the reporting only.
These visits will include some of the things we may not be able to do remotely. Our technicians will have a formal checklist to complete. They will also be looking at things such as procedures for backups and anti virus to name but two. These visits will also reinforce the reporting information you will receive so that we can have a better understanding of your IT infrastructure and use it to support your site more efficiently.
The reporting pack will include a number of things. We will provide you with a list of the remote and onsite fixes that have taken place so that we can both understand where those problems may have arisen. We will run a full system status report which we will include. More importantly we will analyse the report and outline any Hardware, Software or Infrastructure issues you have or may face in the future. This will allow you to budget for any future expenditure. You will get an updated system diagram, so that you know where everything is. Finally we will enclose any new technology information that might be relevant to your company or that you may want to consider adopting.
Finally we will give you a health check. With the information we have from the reporting and proactive visits programme we will be able to issue your current system a bill of health. We cannot guarantee that you will always get a clean bill of health, but where we can, given the financial constraints we all work under we would like to follow a road map as your technology partner that allows us to work towards this.
