How do I get value for money?

The return on investment on any support service depends upon a number of factors. You want your IT to be the best there is for the money. F1 Help will give you regular reports that show you how you are performing, how we are performing and how we can both get closer to a clean bill of health. We want you to know we are value for money and will prove it too you.

Do you get cash flow support?

With the credit crunch in full swing, F1 Help can offer you a monthly payment scheme so that you can spread the costs of your annual support contract into cash flow friendly regular payments.

Is it easy to move to a new support company?

So many people say the better the devil you know, even when the service is not up to scratch. F1 Help understand the issue’s involved in moving support contracts, as that’s what we do. We will make sure there is a sufficient overlap of expertise, at our expense and we have a documented hand holding procedure to make sure all the bases are covered, the change over will be seamless.

Do you get a discount for other items your support company provides?

F1 Help gives you a defined discount structure for all future support purchases. You don’t have to negotiate with us we have done that for you already.

Is my support pricing easy to understand?

F1 Help make the cost easy to understand as we set our charge based upon the number of users/computers on the system, that’s the total cost to you, unless you want to make use of other services we can offer.  We give you a list of the services that you get for your money.
