Transparency
Like all the best things in life, if they work and you can’t see them then they are working really well. F1 Help will keep you working remotely without you seeing what we fix and when we fix it. We can even run remote monitoring so your system tells us you have a problem, often before you do.
Value for money
You want your IT to be the best there is for the money you have to spend. F1 Help will give you regular reports that show you how you are performing, how we are performing and how we can both get closer to a clean bill of health. We want you to know we are value for money.
Ease of Use
We have a policy with our Partner and Partner Plus programs of charging by the user. Walk around your company, count the users multiply it by the cost per month and there is the cost to you. We give you a list of what is covered, before you sign up, so you know exactly what you are getting. If you want more features you can buy them, just pick them from our simple menu.
Cash Flow
We want to help you spread the costs of your support. F1 Help will allow you to pay for your support in easy monthly payments.
Discounts
When you buy an F1 Help support contract any additional support you may want to buy is already discounted for you. There is no need to suck through your teeth at the pricing we have already done that before you sign up with us.
